MOTEC
PLASTIC STANDS
The reason why we are doing this is because we need the skills for later on in life.
It will also help towards a job.

ITEMS:

• Chosen colored thermoplastic.
• A mm ruler.
• A square.
• MDF to make a mold.
• Sand paper.
• A drill / drill press.
• Hinges.
• Glue.
• Heat gun.
• Metal bender.
•  Oven.
• Saw.
• Pencil. 

Step 1:
Draft some ideas for your stand. once found the stand you want to do
make a functional model

Step 2:
 Choose color of your thermoplastic .

Step 3:
 Cut out the shape and start sanding the edges they have to be really smooth.

Step 4:
Use heat gun to soften plastic then mold it into the shape you want.

Step 5:
Let it dry

Step 6:
When dried drill holes for hinges, attach hinges.

Well done you have made you self a plastic stand.
